Ingredients: 36 wonton wrappers Cooking spray 1 ½ Cups (6 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup chopped cooked shrimp 1 Cup chopped bottled roasted red bell peppers 1 Cup bottle chipotle sauce ½ Cup chopped green onions

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°
Fit one wonton wrapper into each cup of a 36 mini muffin tin, sprayed with cooking spray. Press the wrappers into the sides of the cups (they may overlap a bit on the sides of the cups). Bake the cups at 350° for seven minutes or until lightly browned. Keep the wontons in the muffin cups.
Combine the cheese and remaining ingredients, and spoon about 1 Tablespoon of the cheese mixture into each wonton cup. Bake at 350° for 6 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove from the muffin cups and serve immediately.
